Return Policy


Contact returns@hansbeautymonrovia.com, immediately to inform us of any inaccuracies.

If the customer receives the order, and decides they do not want to keep the product(s), they may return the  product(s) at “THEIR” expense within 14 days of the purchased date (except, Promotional, Sales, Special Orders, Nail Products, Hair Dyes, Hair Brushes, Combs, Waxes, Makeups, and Old Packages) provided the invoice number and date can be furnished.  Returned products are subject to inspection by Han’s Beauty staff.  All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, e.g. gift with purchase and any original packaging must be returned.  Returned products may not be altered, over 40% used, or damaged.  Multiple requests for the same product(s) are subject to review by Han’s Beauty.  We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.   Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned back to the customer, at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request.  Refund eligibility is determined once your item(s) is received and inspected.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.  Please make sure that you qualify for a refund, contact customerservice@hansbeautymonrovia.com.

We do not accept returns on electric appliances such as curling irons, flat irons and hair dryers, as each manufacturer already guarantees its electric appliance via registered warranty for either repair or replacement.  Be sure to fill out your product registration form(s).

In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier.

A refund will be issued minus shipping charge (in original form of payment) once we received the item(s) and determined it is eligible.

Products returned to store that were purchased online will be issued a "Store Credit" for future purchases at the store only (not for online purchases)

The package must be insured or have a return receipt to show proof of shipping in case the package is lost in transit. We recommend shipping through a traceable shipping method like Federal Express or USPS who both offer delivery confirmation.
